Khaled’s LEGO Star Destroyer has just the right mix of exposed studs and tiling to make it look like a studio model, yet retain its LEGO roots. And the scale is perfect. Its not so huge that it can’t be easily displayed while being large enough to have some serious details.

The angles achieved by this model are truly impressive. It is crawling with greeblies, but they are not overpowering, nor distracting.
I really like this iconic shot giving us a glimpse of the underbelly of the beast, and the docking bay where it all began.
Check out that interior structure! This looks much more solid than the official models we’ve seen.
This piece would look great displayed on my desk at work.
